Hall succeeds Wiggin at anchor desk
July 1, 2013WTAE-TV (4) has named Janelle Hall the new anchor of the weekday noon news. Hall succeeds Sally Wiggin who left the anchor chair last week to focus on other station projects – including a new hour-long series called “Chronicle”.
Hall will continue her traffic and breaking news duties during the morning show from 4:30 – 7:00 a.m. each day. She began her new position today.
Too bad they didn’t lose the weakest part of the newscast.
