Harold “HB” Brown

Former WAMO program director Harold “HB” Brown” passed away at his home in Lakewood Ranch, Florida on October 24. He was 78. A 1952 graduate of Westinghouse High School, he studied at Point Park College and the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to his work at WAMO, Brown also served as a Personnel Director at WTAE-TV. He is survived by Margaret, his wife of more than 50 years, two daughters, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A funeral will be held in Pittsburgh at a later date.
