In Memory: Ralph R. Conde

PBRTV has heard that Westmoreland County radio man Ralph R. Conde has died. Conde, who retired in 2008, was best known for calling sporting events on WHJB (620 Greensburg) and later at 107.1 which today is WHJB. Along with his late wife, Donna, Conde also operated Ralph R.’s Spaghetti House and Sports Lounge for 15 years.

    Dear Ralph R.,

    You knew how to make friends smile. You knew how to make strangers smile. Ralph R. you were certainly “one of a kind”. Ralph R. you and I had some really good times together. Donnie, my deepest sympathies to you and your family. Your Dad was “80 years young”. He was very proud to have been able to broadcast games for many years as father-and-son !!! God Bless,
