Cary Simpson, who owns the Allegheny Mountain Radio Network, is selling his stations in St. Marys, Pennsylvania. WKBI-AM/FM (1400/93.9) and W233BS-FM (94.5). The buyer is Laurel Media who owns nearby WDDH-FM (97.5). Tom Taylor reported in his e-mail newsletter this morning that the sale price is $766,047 which includes an eight-year promissory note worth $240,000 with $30,000 payment installments once per year.

Simpson’s Allegheny Mountain Radio Network operates several stations in Central Pennsylvania.
