Locally-produced Fisher House program airs this week

FisherHouseLogoVeteran broadcaster Marshall Adams of Monroeville has produced the latest Fisher House Foundation public affairs program scheduled to air on over 130 stations and iHeartRadio over the holidays. The 3-hour program called “Zachary’s Gift” tells the story of Fisher House founder Zachary Fisher through the wounded warriors, veterans, and military families his comfort homes have served. Fisher House provides temporary, no-cost lodging during times of medical need. The Pittsburgh Fisher House is located on the grounds of the V.A. Healthcare System in Oakland. “Zachary’s Gift” will air locally on WJAS (1320) from 6:00 – 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 26 and Thursday, January 1; and 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 3. You may also listen for it around the region on WWVA (1170 Wheeling); WFBG (1290 Altoona); WRSC-FM (103.1 State College); WTAM (1100 Cleveland); and WAKR (1590 Akron).
