More radio “budget cuts”

In the almost daily story of radio “budget cuts”, here are a couple more from late last week on December 5th. Connoisseur Media has terminated the services of “93.9 The Wolf” PD Bob Domingo and “Rocket 101” afternoon drive talent Sammy Stone. Bob sent us a nice e-mail and I said that both he & Sammy are welcome to post their stories and any other information here. Best wishes to both friends of PBRTV. However it gets rather depressing to write stories about personalities and others involved in radio being simply “kicked to the curb.” I’ve seen this happen time & time again and to me every time it happens, local radio whether in Erie, Youngstown or anywhere across the country loses more of it’s local flavor.
