Ryan Recker joins WTAE mornings
July 16, 2013WTAE-TV (4) has hired Ryan Recker for the early-morning sports anchor/reporter position. The Pittsburgh native takes over for John Meyer who left the station and the television business earlier this year. Recker may be familiar to some in the area from when he anchored sports at WTOV-TV (9 Steubenville). He just wrapped up a six-year run as sports director at Tucson’s KVOA-TV.
