Sale of WBGN and its repeaters completed

The Daily Digest from the FCC shows that the Bruno-Goodworth Network has completed the sale of WBGN-CD (16) and its repeaters throughout the area. The new owner is OTA Broadcasting headed by William Tolpegin and Michael Gerstner who have been investing in full and low-power stations. The final sale price is listed at $7.25 Million for the “daisy-chained” transmitter system.

The list of stations includes WBGN-CD Pittsburgh; WNNB-CD Beaver; WPCP-CD New Castle; WJMB-CD Butler; WEMW-CD Greensburg; WKHU-CD Kittanning; WWLM-CA Uniontown WMVH-CA Charleroi; WJPW-CD Weirton and WVTX-CD Bridgeport.
