Savran recovering after surgery

KDKA-TV reported Monday evening that local sportscaster Stan Savran was in intensive care at UPMC Shadyside after quadruple bypass surgery. Apparently Savran experienced chest pains and felt ill during the Steelers game this past Sunday. There’s no word on his current condition.
