Rick Bergman is apparently out at KDKA-AM (1020). That suggests that the somewhat popular “Tradio” program is off the air.
WSHH (99.7) was granted a Construction Permit on December 17 to increase power from 15.5kW to 17kW. The station’s transmitter is located at WPXI’s tower site in Pittsburgh’s Fineview neighborhood.

I thought something might be up when Dr. Knowledge, before he left, mentioned something about Tradio being gone too.
I wonder what syndicated show we’ll be getting overnight on weekends or just more P.I. type shows?
Also–what will be from 4-7 on Saturdays?

Be nice if KDKA would say SOMETHING about what they’re doing before the weekend hit!!!

  Rick Bergman’s photo was listed on the KDKA website as of yesterday (thursday). Checked today (friday) and it is gone BUT Stoney Richards is still listed.

It was refreshing to hear John McIntire filling in for Pintek between Christmas and New Years. As far as the weekend goes, it seems to be populated more with paid infomercials and Rob Pratte’s shill-o-rama with his Beaver County cronies. Oh well..
