We tip our hat to Mike who informed us this morning that 93.7 The Zone is no more. As of 11:00 AM, the website is still up, but the station is playing a mixture of Christmas music – Andy Williams as one types. Breakers playing in between each song says that The Zone is no more and asking if you know what’s missing in “Pitts-urgh”. Now go to www.pitts-urgh.com and take your guess. Well, some people have already guessed that a “B” is missing from Pittsburgh. Other observers have noted that Shelly Duffy seems to be missing from KDKA after a “new entertainment reporter” was introduced on the KDKA Morning News the other day. In the meantime, enjoy your Christmas music until 5 PM this Friday 10/5.
