“WAMO-100” Website is up

Although WPYT-AM (660) is the parent station and W261AX (100.1) is the translator, Martz Communications has opted to ID the station as “WAMO-100”. There is still no word on formally acquiring the WAMO calls, but we can only guess that it’s in the works. The heritage Pittsburgh calls were acquired by a low-power FM in Eastern Pennsylvania. Theoretically, 660 could still apply for the calls to be used on the AM.

The website includes station information and the ability to listen online. Visit http://wamo100.com/index.html.
