WDVE to carry Steelers through 2018

Pittsburgh_Steelers_logo.svgThe Post-Gazette reports today that the Steelers and iHeart’s WDVE (102.5) have agreed to a 3-year contract to broadcast games through the 2018 season. Steelers games have been aired on WDVE since 1999 after 25 years on WTAE-AM (1250).

So, that means three more years of that jagoff Tim Benz hosting pre-game and post-game shows? I’d rather endure the TV broadcast that listen to that moron.

Sorry, but I refuse to listen to any Clear Channel owned radio station (or refer to them by their new name) because I don’t care for the way they operate their stations in this market. So, that means no Steelers radio for me until at least 2018.
