Icy roads in Northern Cambria County are apparently to blame after a WJAC-TV news truck ended up on its side on Tuesday (3/4). According to WJAC’s Facebook post, the unidentified driver was checked at a local hospital and was found to be okay.
From the post:
“Thank you to the people who first stopped and were able to drive to an area of cell service to call 911. Also to the other drivers who attempted to stop but couldn’t because of the ice. We appreciate your concern and willingness to help.
Thanks to the firefighters, EMTs, police, workers at Miners Medical Center, PennDOT plow drivers and Neff Recovery Services who helped get our employee to the hospital and our truck safely off the road.”
