In Memory: Norma Bixler
October 27, 2015Norma Bixler, co-founder of Cornerstone Television and WPCB-TV (40), passed away on Monday afternoon (10/26) at the age of 87. She was surrounded by her family. Norma and her late husband Russ felt the call to begin a network in the 1970s and later a TV station in Pittsburgh. WPCB signed on in April 1979. Russ Bixler died in 2000.
