Items stolen from WAMO returned

Items stolen early Monday morning from the offices at WAMO (660 Wilkinsburg) were returned Tuesday afternoon. General Manager Jamal Woodson received a phone call telling him that someone wanted to return the items. WTAE-TV reported that Woodson drove up the road to the North Versailles Walmart where someone was waiting with every piece of the $15,000 worth of equipment that was stolen. The station is not pressing charges citing that the burglar is likely humiliated. The incident received a lot of attention on TV and social media.
