Kate Davison departs WTOV for DC sister station

In the middle of this past week WTOV-TV (9) said goodbye to Kate Davison as she leaves her hometown to head to Washington, DC sister station, WJLA-TV (7). Davison spent 11 years at channel 9 – starting fresh out of college. She had previously done some reporting for the station in while still a senior in high school. Her first day at WJLA is Monday.

Sinclair has owned WTOV since 2013 and WJLA since 2014.
