New Non-comm for Cumberland, MD

JCM Radio was granted a construction permit on Wednesday for 89.9 in Cumberland, Maryland. The new channel is permitted an ERP of 800 watts. JCM is based on Long Island where they once operated low-power WDBA. Michael Celenza of WLIM in Medford, NY is the technical contact for the new NCE.
