KDKA-TV welcomes two new faces while WTAE says goodbye to one.

Megan Shinn is the new weekend morning anchor at KDKA (2; DTV 25 and WPKD (19; DTV 11 Jeannette). She will also serve as a reporter on certain weekday mornings. She comes to Pittsburgh from WRTV-TV Indianapolis where she hosted that stations morning program as well as midday and evening anchor. While it may seem she is taking a step backward with her position, the move helps her husband return to his hometown and be closer to family. Her first day is December 18.

KD also welcomes multimedia journalist, Mamie Bah whose first on air appearance was Thursday night. The Bronx native comes to Pittsburgh from WKEF-TV/WRGT-TV in Dayton, Ohio.

Meanwhile on Ardmore Boulevard, weekend morning meteorologist Kasey Reigner who joined the station in 2021, has announced she will not renew her contract at WTAE-TV (4; DTV 27). Reigner is otherwise mum on her decision, but she did say she will remain in the area with her husband who is a native. Her last day is November 30.
