WJFA and WJFG Translator back somewhat after lightning strike

Nick the Engineer checked with us the other day about the status of the two AMs owned by Disruptor Radio. WJFA (910 Apollo) is currently operating at low power after a lightning strike took them off the air on April 28 – one day before the storms came through the area wiping a lot of other stations off the air.

“I put one of the newly repaired boards in WJFA and it ‘popped’ as soon as power was turned on,” Nick remarked. It appears it will be at low power for some time.

Meanwhile, WJFG (1480 Latrobe) has a repaired FM translator at W298DH (107.5 Latrobe) which is running at full power.
