Technical difficulties foul holiday broadcast

A technical glitch on Friday didn’t allow WQED-TV (13) to broadcast the live feed of PBS’ annual broadcast of “A Capitol Fourth” from Washington, D.C. While the program is available on YouTube (below) and/or via individual performances on the PBS and WQED+ apps, Channel 13 will do a “make-good” at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, July 5.
