Thomas joins WKBN-TV

Erika Thomas has joined the anchor desk of WKBN-TV’s 5:00, 6:00, 10:00 and 11:00 p.m. newscasts. She joins anchor Dave Sess. She has seven years previous experience with the most recent job being in Sioux City, Iowa. Thomas graduated from the University of Missouri School of Journalism with a degree in broadcast journalism and economics. She also won a Murrow Award earlier this year for an investigative report she did on child sex abuse. She is married and has a dog.
Now I know what became of Dave Sess. He was a weekend sports anchor on WICU back in the mid 1980s.
