Unscientific results of recent survey

A couple of weeks ago, I put out a survey asking for your favorite Pittsburgh radio stations and favorite jocks/announcers/teams — past or present. Forty of you responded. Unfortunately, Google’s system isn’t quite intelligent enough to recognize that “kdka” is the same as “KDKA,” so the results came in a little wonky.

Because of that, the survey had to wait until I had time to go through and count things with my own intellect — such as it is.

One thing I found interesting was that most respondents chose their favorite personality from the same station they listed as their favorite. A few of you, however, listed a station followed by a personality who was never affiliated with that station. That’s perfectly fine — there were no right or wrong answers.
