WMNY to be sold
July 31, 2017WMNY (1150 New Kensington) is now under agreement to be sold by Pentecostal Temple Development Corporation for $180,000. 1150 has been for sale for well over a year and will have multiple owners once the transaction is taken place – namely Radio 1150 LLC and Cambria Hill Realty LLC.
Radio 1150’s address is listed as Monroe, New Jersey and the principals are Bhavna Gupta and Gagan Deep.
A Google search for “Cambria Hill Realty” brings up a listing of homes on Cambria Hill Drive in East Deer Township and Tarentum. Cambria Hill Drive leads to Saint Regis Lane where 1150s tower site is located.
One suspects that further activity, particularly on or near the transmitter site, is to be expected.
The sale is being handled by CMS Station Brokerage.

Well you don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows. This is clearly all about the land under the towers. I suspect WMNY will go dark and there will be a new housing tract on the transmitter site in a year. Two tops.
