iHeart cuts again

PBRTV hears there are more cuts at iHeart Pittsburgh including WWSW (94.5) afternoon drive host Val Porter. Porter had just moved over to 3-W-S from the morning show on sister station WDVE (102.5) after the last round of cuts in April that removed long-time 3-W-S host Mike Frazer. Also out is WXDX host Russ “Whip” Rose. Neither bio/personal page is available on the respective station websites which is usually a good indication that rumors aren’t rumors. There has been scuttlebutt about iHeart doing another national sweep on social media today.
